Kerstin Grosch is a behavioural economist specialising in experimental economic research. During her doctorate in economics at the University of Göttingen, she researched the impact of bonus payments on employees’ willingness to cooperate by conducting experiments both in Germany and in a large agricultural firm in Ghana.
